Warm mist humidifiers · OEM & wholesale
Warm mist humidifier manufacturing heated steam platforms for brands that want warm mist
A warm mist humidifier heats water to produce steam — a different product family from cool-mist ultrasonic or evaporative units. HumidityForge builds warm mist humidifiers for home appliance brands, retailers and distributors: heating-element or boil platforms, medicine-cup style trays (where requested as a construction option — no therapeutic claims) and safety cut-offs, with your logo and packaging. For cool mist without heat, see ultrasonic humidifiers or evaporative humidifiers.
- Heated steam / warm mist platforms with safety cut-offs
- Optional medicine-cup style trays as a construction feature only
- Private label colors, logos and retail packaging
- Electrical and thermal safety testing buyer-specified
Warm mist humidifier types
- Bedroom warm mist humidifiers — heated steam for rooms where buyers prefer warm output.
- Warm mist with medicine-cup tray — a tray for inhalant liquids as a construction option; we make no therapeutic or drug-delivery claims.
- Compact warm mist humidifiers — smaller tanks for secondary SKUs.
Heat, safety and labeling
Warm mist units involve boiling or heating elements. Tip-over switches, thermal cut-offs and warning labels are specified per SKU and market. Steam temperature, boil time and safety tests are buyer-specified — we do not publish temperature or burn-risk ratings. Labels and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Logo and packaging
Pad print, silk-screen, custom colors; color boxes with foam; manuals with the safety wording your team approves.
Compliance — buyer-specified, not claimed
No UL / ETL / CE claims on this site. Electrical and thermal safety testing at a lab you choose or approve is available on request and quoted per SKU. No medical claims. See the specs guide.

No certifications, listings, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of and how it can be customized. Where your channel needs testing or documentation, it is buyer-specified and available on request — arranged per SKU at a third-party lab you choose or approve. No medical or respiratory claims and no mold / bacteria kill claims are made. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Warm mist vs cool mist — can I offer both?
Yes. Many brands run warm mist and cool-mist (ultrasonic or evaporative) as separate SKUs with clear labeling so shoppers do not confuse heat with cool mist.
Does the medicine cup treat illness?
No. We treat the tray as a construction option only. We make no medical or inhalant-efficacy claims; any such wording is the brand owner’s responsibility.
What room size or mist output do you rate?
We do not publish room-coverage square footage, run-time hours or mist-output ratings as product claims on this site. Coverage and output depend on the tank, transducer / wick / heater design, humidity setpoint, room conditions and how the unit is tested. You specify the performance targets and test method your channel accepts; we build samples to that brief and you verify them — in-house or through third-party testing arranged on request. Any coverage or output figure on your packaging or listing must come from that verification.
Do these humidifiers treat respiratory conditions, allergies or dry skin?
We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product — no cure, treatment, prevention or relief wording for respiratory illness, asthma, allergies, sinus issues, dry skin or similar. We describe construction (mist type, tank fill, filter / consumables, controls, materials) and build to the specification you approve. Any health-related claim on your packaging or listing is the brand owner’s responsibility, must be supported by your own evidence and may bring the product under medical-device or advertising rules in your market.
Are your humidifiers certified (UL / ETL / CE)?
We do not claim any certification, listing or test result on this site — no UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH, ISO or similar marks. Compliance belongs to a specific SKU, a specific market and a specific sales channel: tell us the destination market, the channel (home appliance brand, retailer, distributor, marketplace) and the standard, test or document your customer asks for, and the quotation sets out how it will be handled — typically third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, on production samples, available on request and quoted per SKU. See the compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the tooling (an existing mold vs. a new housing), mist type, tank size, colors, logo method, packaging, filters / consumables and any buyer-specified electrical or safety testing; lead time depends on customization, sampling rounds, testing and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
