Ordering, OEM & wholesale

Does HumidityForge sell to consumers?

No. We are a B2B supplier for home appliance and lifestyle brands, retailers, distributors and e-commerce sellers. End users should buy from our customers’ retail channels.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on tooling, mist type, tank size, colors, logo method, packaging, filters and any buyer-specified testing. Mixed orders across categories are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Can I put my own brand on humidifiers and filters?

Yes. Housing colors, pad-printed or badge logos, retail packaging and filter multipacks are covered in our OEM & private label program.

Are your humidifiers UL / ETL / CE certified?

We do not claim any certification, listing or test result on this site (no UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC or similar). Electrical and safety testing are specified by the buyer, verified on samples and — where needed — run at a third-party lab on request. See the compliance section of our specs guide.

Do you make medical or mold-kill claims?

No. We make no medical or respiratory claims and no mold / bacteria kill claims. Construction options (for example UV lamps or easy-clean tanks) are described as features only; any such claim is the brand owner’s responsibility.

How fast do you reply to inquiries?

Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.

What is the minimum order for private label?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing platform with your logo starts lower than new tooling or printed retail boxes.

Can I mix mist types in one order?

Yes. Mixed orders across ultrasonic, evaporative, portable, warm mist and filters are common; each SKU is quoted separately.

Who is responsible for testing and claims?

The brand owner decides which claims go on the product and which tests back them. We build verification samples, arrange third-party testing on request and print the content your team approves.

Do these humidifiers treat respiratory conditions, allergies or dry skin?

We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product — no cure, treatment, prevention or relief wording for respiratory illness, asthma, allergies, sinus issues, dry skin or similar. We describe construction (mist type, tank fill, filter / consumables, controls, materials) and build to the specification you approve. Any health-related claim on your packaging or listing is the brand owner’s responsibility, must be supported by your own evidence and may bring the product under medical-device or advertising rules in your market.

Do your humidifiers kill mold or bacteria?

We do not claim that any product kills mold, bacteria, viruses or fungi, or that a tank, filter or UV feature “sterilizes” water or air. Hygiene features (for example UV lamps, silver ion parts, antimicrobial plastics or easy-clean tanks) are described as construction options only. Any antimicrobial or purification claim must be backed by buyer-specified testing for that SKU and market, and wording is the brand owner’s responsibility. See the compliance section of our specs guide.

Are your humidifiers certified (UL / ETL / CE)?

We do not claim any certification, listing or test result on this site — no UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH, ISO or similar marks. Compliance belongs to a specific SKU, a specific market and a specific sales channel: tell us the destination market, the channel (home appliance brand, retailer, distributor, marketplace) and the standard, test or document your customer asks for, and the quotation sets out how it will be handled — typically third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, on production samples, available on request and quoted per SKU. See the compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.

Do you have price tiers?

Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation. No prices are published on this site.

Which markets do you serve?

This site focuses on the US market; we also quote other destinations. Tell us your market and its requirements.

How do I get a catalog?

Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.

Ultrasonic Humidifiers

Ultrasonic vs evaporative — which should my line lead with?

Many ranges carry both: ultrasonic for quiet cool mist and compact designs; evaporative for wick-based moisture without a white-dust risk from minerals. Compare samples and your channel’s preference before deciding. See also evaporative humidifiers.

Can you make a top-fill ultrasonic humidifier?

Yes — top-fill lids are a common option on ultrasonic platforms. Specs and FAQs for that fill style are on the top fill humidifier page.

What room size or mist output do you rate?

We do not publish room-coverage square footage, run-time hours or mist-output ratings as product claims on this site. Coverage and output depend on the tank, transducer / wick / heater design, humidity setpoint, room conditions and how the unit is tested. You specify the performance targets and test method your channel accepts; we build samples to that brief and you verify them — in-house or through third-party testing arranged on request. Any coverage or output figure on your packaging or listing must come from that verification.

Top Fill Humidifiers

Is a top fill humidifier always ultrasonic?

Most top-fill consumer SKUs we build are cool-mist ultrasonic platforms because the tank sits on a base with a transducer. Other mist types can use top-fill lids when the water path allows — tell us your preferred mist type in the RFQ.

Can I offer both top-fill and bottom-fill in one line?

Yes. Many brands run a top-fill hero SKU and a value bottom-fill SKU under the same housing family. We quote each as a separate SKU.

Evaporative Humidifiers

Why choose evaporative over ultrasonic?

Evaporative units use a wick and fan instead of a vibrating transducer. Some buyers prefer them to reduce mineral dust from hard water. Your channel and consumer reviews should drive the choice; many catalogs offer both.

Do you supply replacement wicks?

Yes — replacement wick and filter packs are a core aftersales SKU. See humidifier filters.

Portable Humidifiers

What is the difference between portable and mini humidifiers?

Portable emphasizes travel and move-with-you use (USB, battery, cup-holder). Mini emphasizes the smallest desk-top tank sizes. Some SKUs could fit either brief — we keep separate pages so each keyword has a clear URL. See mini humidifiers.

Mini Humidifiers

Are mini humidifiers suitable as baby humidifiers?

Not automatically. Nursery programs usually need different tank sizes, noise targets and labeling. See baby humidifiers for that brief.

Warm Mist Humidifiers

Warm mist vs cool mist — can I offer both?

Yes. Many brands run warm mist and cool-mist (ultrasonic or evaporative) as separate SKUs with clear labeling so shoppers do not confuse heat with cool mist.

Does the medicine cup treat illness?

No. We treat the tray as a construction option only. We make no medical or inhalant-efficacy claims; any such wording is the brand owner’s responsibility.

Humidifiers for Plants

Do you claim VPD or grow yields?

No. Performance targets are buyer-specified and verified on samples; packaging claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Humidifier Filters

Can you match a competitor’s filter size?

We can quote to dimensions you provide and confirm fit on samples. We do not use other brands’ names or logos on your packaging.

No certifications, listings, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of and how it can be customized. We do not display certification or listing marks (such as UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC, RoHS or REACH), publish room-coverage or mist-output ratings, filter-life hours, test results, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Where your channel needs testing or documentation, it is buyer-specified and available on request — arranged per SKU at a third-party lab you choose or approve. No medical or respiratory claims and no mold / bacteria kill claims are made. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
