Evaporative humidifiers · OEM & wholesale
Evaporative humidifier manufacturing wick-based evaporative platforms for your catalog
An evaporative humidifier uses a wick or filter and a fan to add moisture to the air — a different technology from cool-mist ultrasonic units, and a strong second hero in many US catalogs. HumidityForge builds evaporative humidifiers for home appliance brands, retailers, distributors and e-commerce sellers: wick or filter media, fan-assisted airflow and replaceable filter packs, with your logo and packaging. For transducer-based cool mist, see ultrasonic humidifiers. For heated steam, see warm mist humidifiers. Replacement media is covered under humidifier filters.
- Wick and filter evaporative platforms with fan-assisted airflow
- Replaceable filter / wick packs as ongoing aftersales SKUs
- Quiet and standard fan options; humidistat controls available
- Electrical and safety testing buyer-specified — none claimed here
Evaporative humidifier types we build
- Tabletop evaporative humidifiers — compact wick units for bedrooms and offices.
- Console / larger evaporative humidifiers — bigger tanks and filter areas for larger rooms (performance targets buyer-specified).
- Tower evaporative humidifiers — vertical form factors for retail shelf presence.
- Evaporative with humidistat — auto humidity control quoted as a separate control SKU.
Wick, filter and airflow
- Wick / evaporative filter — cellulose or synthetic media sized to the tank and fan; replacement packs are a separate aftersales line (see humidifier filters).
- Fan and ducting — airflow path and noise targets set on the drawing and confirmed on samples.
- Tank — removable or top-fill style where the platform allows; water-level window options.
Media life and replacement intervals are set by your labeling and testing plan — we do not publish filter-life claims.
Logo, color and packaging
- Pad print or silk-screen on housing panels.
- Custom colors for housing and grille.
- Filter pack branding — printed sleeves for replacement wicks.
- Packaging — color boxes, manuals, barcodes; filter multipacks for aftersales.

No certifications, listings, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of and how it can be customized. We do not display certification or listing marks (such as UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC, RoHS or REACH), publish room-coverage or mist-output ratings, filter-life hours, test results, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Where your channel needs testing or documentation, it is buyer-specified and available on request — arranged per SKU at a third-party lab you choose or approve. No medical or respiratory claims and no mold / bacteria kill claims are made. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Why choose evaporative over ultrasonic?
Evaporative units use a wick and fan instead of a vibrating transducer. Some buyers prefer them to reduce mineral dust from hard water. Your channel and consumer reviews should drive the choice; many catalogs offer both.
Do you supply replacement wicks?
Yes — replacement wick and filter packs are a core aftersales SKU. See humidifier filters.
What room size or mist output do you rate?
We do not publish room-coverage square footage, run-time hours or mist-output ratings as product claims on this site. Coverage and output depend on the tank, transducer / wick / heater design, humidity setpoint, room conditions and how the unit is tested. You specify the performance targets and test method your channel accepts; we build samples to that brief and you verify them — in-house or through third-party testing arranged on request. Any coverage or output figure on your packaging or listing must come from that verification.
Do these humidifiers treat respiratory conditions, allergies or dry skin?
We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product — no cure, treatment, prevention or relief wording for respiratory illness, asthma, allergies, sinus issues, dry skin or similar. We describe construction (mist type, tank fill, filter / consumables, controls, materials) and build to the specification you approve. Any health-related claim on your packaging or listing is the brand owner’s responsibility, must be supported by your own evidence and may bring the product under medical-device or advertising rules in your market.
Do your humidifiers kill mold or bacteria?
We do not claim that any product kills mold, bacteria, viruses or fungi, or that a tank, filter or UV feature “sterilizes” water or air. Hygiene features (for example UV lamps, silver ion parts, antimicrobial plastics or easy-clean tanks) are described as construction options only. Any antimicrobial or purification claim must be backed by buyer-specified testing for that SKU and market, and wording is the brand owner’s responsibility. See the compliance section of our specs guide.
Are your humidifiers certified (UL / ETL / CE)?
We do not claim any certification, listing or test result on this site — no UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH, ISO or similar marks. Compliance belongs to a specific SKU, a specific market and a specific sales channel: tell us the destination market, the channel (home appliance brand, retailer, distributor, marketplace) and the standard, test or document your customer asks for, and the quotation sets out how it will be handled — typically third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, on production samples, available on request and quoted per SKU. See the compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the tooling (an existing mold vs. a new housing), mist type, tank size, colors, logo method, packaging, filters / consumables and any buyer-specified electrical or safety testing; lead time depends on customization, sampling rounds, testing and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
