Fit and compatibility
Every filter SKU is matched to a specific humidifier platform drawing. We do not claim universal fit across unrelated brands. Cross-compatible aftersales SKUs are only quoted when you provide the target dimensions and confirm fit on samples.
Logo and packaging
Printed sleeves, cartons and hang cards; barcodes; multipack shrink wraps. Logo on the filter frame or packaging only as agreed.
Claims and compliance
We do not claim that filters kill mold or bacteria, or guarantee a specific filter life in hours. Life and performance claims are buyer-specified and verified. Material declarations available on request per SKU. See the filters section of the specs guide.

Can you match a competitor’s filter size?
We can quote to dimensions you provide and confirm fit on samples. We do not use other brands’ names or logos on your packaging.
Do your humidifiers kill mold or bacteria?
We do not claim that any product kills mold, bacteria, viruses or fungi, or that a tank, filter or UV feature “sterilizes” water or air. Hygiene features (for example UV lamps, silver ion parts, antimicrobial plastics or easy-clean tanks) are described as construction options only. Any antimicrobial or purification claim must be backed by buyer-specified testing for that SKU and market, and wording is the brand owner’s responsibility. Are your humidifiers certified (UL / ETL / CE)?
We do not claim any certification, listing or test result on this site — no UL / ETL, CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH, ISO or similar marks. Compliance belongs to a specific SKU, a specific market and a specific sales channel: tell us the destination market, the channel (home appliance brand, retailer, distributor, marketplace) and the standard, test or document your customer asks for, and the quotation sets out how it will be handled — typically third-party testing at a lab you choose or approve, on production samples, available on request and quoted per SKU. What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the tooling (an existing mold vs. a new housing), mist type, tank size, colors, logo method, packaging, filters / consumables and any buyer-specified electrical or safety testing; lead time depends on customization, sampling rounds, testing and season.
